The tragic events in Sydney cannot be allowed to change the way we live our lives. We need to take time to mourn the dead, remember those injured, and held hostage, as well as their families. We need to express our gratitude for the professionalism of our police forces. Most of all we must not use this event to persecute people for their faith.
